St Cloud Toyota - Service Center

I did my 5k service, and then got engine check light on. ended up spending 800plus for part replacement. We brought my daughter's Rav4 in to get the driver's front wheel bearing replaced. On her way back out to Montana, she was getting the AWD warning light, followed by the ABS warning light and others. front wheel bearing replaced. On her way back out to Montana, she was getting the AWD warning light, followed by the ABS warning light and others. She also said the vehicle was making grinding noises during parking lot maneuvering (tight turns). Toyota dealership in Bozeman said that the wheel bearing was not installed properly and had to redo the work. The only silver lining is that they redid the work at no charge to us. More

I have never dealt with st cloud toyota in the past but i will for sure try to deal with them for my next vehicle. Their service department is great to deal with, they had my Highlander service completed ab will for sure try to deal with them for my next vehicle. Skid plate had to be removed for an oil change. On the Skid plate had to be removed for an oil change. On the way home I could hear a rattle, one of the two bolts was almost gone, barely on. Service dept tried to sell me tires with only 16500 miles on the truck. Only 2500 since I purchased it six mouths ago. Otherwise great job and sorry for being a whiner. Best regards More
