The worst experience ever. Toyota doesn’t stand behind its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment. We are struggling family and would have regular income in a month bu its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment. We are struggling family and would have regular income in a month but they weren’t willing to work with us at all. Toyota shouldn’t have engines that go bad within 3 years. I called the owner and he didn’t have the decency to even call me back. You guys lost a customer forever and I will spread the word to all my family and friends to never buy from Toyota. More

This was the 5,000 mile check up for Rave 4. Everything went smooth. Service was on time and finished on time. Car was washed-important at this time of year. Staff friendly.
