My daughters Camry was brought to you with a howling noise in front right tire at speeds above 50mph. She was told there was cupping and needed new tires. Nobody could explain why only one tire had th noise in front right tire at speeds above 50mph. She was told there was cupping and needed new tires. Nobody could explain why only one tire had this problem. Just needs new tires. So, if you don't diagnose the problem of uneven wear, then all she is going to do is ruin a new set of tires if we followed your advice. I took the car to 2 different service centers for another opinion. Possibilities are a bad bearing, right front axel problem, maybe alignment, etc. Turns out to be right front axel and boot issue. We are getting that addressed first at another service center, then likely will put new tires on before winter. Very disappointed in SC Toyota service center after this experience. Troy More

When I first made the call to schedule my oil change appointment I asked if I would be getting a tire rotation too. The person who I was scheduling with gave me some attitude and said, “Well yeah, that’ appointment I asked if I would be getting a tire rotation too. Then when I recieved the email for my appointment confirmation, the time was incorrect. So I had to call back and ask them to switched it. So then finally they switched it. Takes way to long and they struggle with details. Last time got tire replaced didn’t reset tire sensors…they didn’t seem to care. When getting routine maintenance I requested they reset it…Then when call time got tire replaced didn’t reset tire sensors…they didn’t seem to care. When getting routine maintenance I requested they reset it…Then when calling me for an update (1.5 hours later) they got my vehicle mixed up with another and told me I needed a new sensor to then find out I didn’t and the tech got the vehicles confused…that’s reassuring! Get into my car after 2 hours and screen still says “maintenance required…see dealer” More
