They failed to put the correct amount of tire pressure in my tires even though on my file it states how much air should be in my tires. The detailing of my car was fantastic! It looks and smells great! Which was definitely a plus after a jar of garlic pickled asparagus had broken and leaked in the back of my highlander. My last visit to Toyota left me frustrated and disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out late disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out later after I got home. The service advisor never said anything. My daughter drives this car and she lives in xx Paul, so it's difficult to bring the car to xx Cloud. It would be nice if I was told how bad the alignment was (they were brand new tires put on at this same dealership this past Fall.) I could have had them aligned while the vehicle was there. More
