We just bought a new to us car and called to get an oil change and because it was new to us and above 120,000.00 we wanted a thorough inspection and list of items to do at this mile marker... also, the che change and because it was new to us and above 120,000.00 we wanted a thorough inspection and list of items to do at this mile marker... also, the check engine light has been coming on and off. They called back and said the lug nuts on 2 wheels were swollen. $100.00 for new lugnuts... and basically made it seem like they will not put the wheels back on if we don't buy them. When we came to pick up the car, I asked if anything came up on the diagnostic test and was told that they do not include this with the oil changes and it would be an additional charge... ok, apparently you didn't understand why we were her to begin with... so I left. This doesn't surprise me though. I brought our old vehicle here because of a security issue not allowing it to start and stranded me in the middle of nowhere. They tried to fix it for $1200.00+ and yes, I can start the vehicle, but my auto start does not work any longer and I constantly have to hear random sounds of the car locking and unlocking on its own when it is running. I like Toyota, but both my experiences with this service team have not been 100%... In the end, this time around we wanted a thorough inspection including diagnostic and would have paid for it... seems like miscommunication or...? I guess just and oil change and the most expensive lug nuts you can find this time around. More

We recently bought a 2024 Tundra Limited, our sales associate was Jeff Arndt. He made the process of trading in our previous vehicle and buying the new vehicle very easy as we coordinated before arrivi associate was Jeff Arndt. Both times I have been here, the estimated wait time has been way under the actual wait time. Both times my name showed up "pending assignment" for almost the entire "estimated wait time" and then the work been way under the actual wait time. Both times my name showed up "pending assignment" for almost the entire "estimated wait time" and then the work would get started and take another 30 min or so. It wouldn't be a big deal but I am usually waiting in the lobby and having to go back to work, so good information is helpful to alert my coworkers to how long I'll actually be gone. No drop off service has been offered or any kind of loaner either, so I'm more or less stuck there. More
The staff and the service is always great. I am a little disappointed that the video of the inspections do no always come thru. I do enjoy watching the inspections and listening to this.
