Biggest disappointment was that we received only one key and this was a big surprise. Dealership ended up splitting the cost for an extra key, which we appreciated but still felt a bit let down at having to pay anything for a second key, which should simply be included in a major purchase like this. My vehicle's trunk swings hard when it opens. A tech checked and stated that the trunk strait needs to be replaced but they won't run it through Toyota warranty because they think there's damage. I am the only one who drives the car. The vehicle has never been in an accident and there's absolutely no damage. Update: St Cloud Toyota set up an appointment and reevaluated and was able fix the trunk with warranty. More
