When I made appt, theh said it would take 2 hours--new cabin filter and valve gasket replacement. After 2 hours, they called me to the service desk, said they had replaced the cabin filter and then asked cabin filter and valve gasket replacement. Then they started work on that. My appt was 1030 and it was not done until 230!! More
