I was disappointed how long we had to wait for our car! Gage the sales person who didn't keep us up to date on our car. Then we got a new sales person Kendra who did a much better job. When it was time to Gage the sales person who didn't keep us up to date on our car. Then we got a new sales person Kendra who did a much better job. When it was time to pay for the car the price was more then the quote we were given. Mark who was an xxx. I felt like we were an inconvenience in his day tried to get us to pay more for warranty and we told him no we were not interested and he said "Well that is a surprise!" He was a very arrogant person. I know that I will never work with him again! More

Was told by phone that warranty work would take 6 hours and they would need vehicle all day. Then within a hour was called vehicle was done. Service tech said the warranty work was one hour.
