There was no pressure to buy anything the day I test drove several vehicles which was nice. I had time to do some research on each vehicle that I was interested in. Over 2 hours for oil change and tires rotated. Never waited more than an hour. Person reviewing service not very friendly and did poor job of explaining service done.
