Came in for my 20,000 mile service. Had an oil pan issue that was discovered as well that was taken care of but required a loaner. The reason I did not rate Excellent” or “Good” is because the service rep seemed dismissive of the issue that the RAV4 was emitting a rust-like stain on my garage floor behind each of the 4 tires after it had rained. Was told there was nothing that could be done even before they looked at it. Was subsequently told that they couldn’t see anything. Nevertheless, my new “epoxy”garage floor repeatedly gets rust-colored stains that need mopping after every precipitation event. This has never happened to any of the other vehicles I have owned or currently own (not Toyotas). It would be interesting to find out if other customers have had this issue? More

I bought my car in for a routine oil change. I was offered a shuttle to work but went with their easy and secure night drop and left my keys after hours to save time the next morning.
