I bought my vehicle from the location in Waite Park. I worked with Rob and I would have to say this guy is a legend and true gem to work with. My other vehicle was totaled, and I had limited time on the rental insurance was paying for. Rob had everything ready to go and paperwork set up, so all in I probably spent an hour there between my initial visit, test drive, and paperwork. They even had spiff going where I get a $250 Scheels Gift Card which I turned into a brand new pair of Costa sunglasses. I'm sure everyone else there is great, but ask for Rob! More

Update: after posting the review below the service manager contacted me and proposed a plan to make things right. While I have not been able to reschedule the work yet, I was impressed by the attentio manager contacted me and proposed a plan to make things right. While I have not been able to reschedule the work yet, I was impressed by the attention and offer. . . . Very disappointed with the service. I had spoken to the service department about an option with the work I wanted, but when the job was complete they had gone with the option I had specifically said I did not want, with no explanation or prior notification.
