argumentative sales manager I went to the dealership at approximately 6:45 pm on March 2 2015. I called them, short notice, on my way up from the cities. When I got there to look at a 2011 4runner I was amazed that they didn't take the time to even wash it. The sales man Dick W. Was more than polite and helpful, and truth be told, I had planned on purchasing a vehicle before I left that night. When it came to negotiations I wasn't concerned with the initial low ball trade offer. When asked if that would work I said no. So I countered an equally ridiculous offer in which the sales manager (Justin) decided he would change tactics. He scribbled an infantile jab on the counter offer, and I, feeling insulted by the immature remarks politely asked for my keys back in order to leave. Apparently this cued the "so called " sales manager to feel the need to further berate me with with argumentative and pointless remarks which furthered my agitation towards the mounting situation. I can honestly say that I have never been treated that way before by someone trying to sell me something. I can say that for me, the insult and argue sales technique was not successful. I will be taking my business to a more professional sales team and I urge others to do the same. More

I was told it was a one owner car. So after having it a while, i found that the Northland Auto sticker on the trunk is from a used car dealer. Therefore, the salesman lied to me about the car being one owner. More

Boy are we glad we did, we were looking at interior colors in the cars on the lot and Peter Schugel came over right away asked what we were looking for / wanted and answered all of our questions. He took our Trade vehicle information and started to working on the deal right away. Peter called us that night and told us that the price we wanted for our trade was in the ball park. Peter and Justin Hollenkamp work the deal we needed. They found the car we wanted, had it delivered and we got our Prius v Five in time to drive too Ohio for the birth of our first Granddaughter! Working with all of the folks at St. Cloud Toyota was a pleasure, great dealership, customer orientated! More

I bought my car new in 2006 and have had it serviced at this dealership and had no problems. The most recent service was last week and it was the same as every time. A couple of days later I went with a this dealership and had no problems. The most recent service was last week and it was the same as every time. A couple of days later I went with a male friend while he had his car serviced. I was taken back by the way he was treated compared to the way I have always been. I'm not sure why he was treated so much better. They washed his car and walked him out to the car lot to show him where they parked it. I don't know how many times I've had to walk back in to ask where my car was because I couldn't find it. Now I wonder if my car gets the same kind of disinterested treatment as I do. More
We had done our homework and narrowed down our choices to the new 2014 Sienna LE, a used 2013 Sienna LE, or a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We called a day ahead and made an appointment to drive said vehicles the new 2014 Sienna LE, a used 2013 Sienna LE, or a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We called a day ahead and made an appointment to drive said vehicles. When we arrived, Jeff had them ready for us. It was a cold MN day and he showed us the vehicles in the service entry area. We eliminated the used immediately, but drove the Highlander, then the Sienna. Jeff was not at all pushy. Very laid back demeanor. We made our decision to buy the Highlander based on vehicle size, luxury amenities, location of dealership, online reviews of dealership, 0% financing and the feeling of trust in Jeff. Probably should have negotiated better, but realize businesses are there to make money, and hate the back and forth hassle. We appreciated the open area concept provided for customer/salesmen negotiations. Mitch in the finance department was very thorough and respectful. Since we have not yet experienced the service department, our opinion there, along with the performance of the vehicle, will make or break our decision to become a repeat customer. More

I talked to Amber a few times on the phone, discussing a few different things and when my husband was going to get out from his meeting on base late, we knew we weren't going to make it to the store before they closed-- BUT They waited! I was so greatful to walk in the doors and be happily greated by the team. I am so HAPPY this is where we decided to purchase our new vehicle, and I can't thank them enough. They were so helpful, so nice, and they made us feel so great about our purchase. Everyone was so friendly, and I am just so impressed that they were willing to wait for us and they all just made the whole process that much better. THANK YOU, I would recommend them to anyone, and when I buy a car in the future, I will hopefully be able to return to St. Cloud Toyota!!! More
