Poor customer service in the finance department! Bought a car here and had to bring it in for multiple issues after purchase. Eventually ended up taking care of it myself. I will NEVER go back! More

Clueless Finance guy, no followup, unresponsive GM My husband and I attempted to buy a used Toyota Prius V. On Tuesday evening my husband test drove it, and submitted financing info, On Wednesday night My husband and I attempted to buy a used Toyota Prius V. On Tuesday evening my husband test drove it, and submitted financing info, On Wednesday night he went back in, having heard nothing. They needed more info on me they said, but had not followed up. On Thursday afternoon I finally called the finance guy to find out why we were hearing nothing, and he finally submitted our info for financing. On Friday, we called again, only to be offered lousy financing, which we turned down. On Saturday morning, in a matter of a couple hours, we bought a different Prius V from our local dealer with great financing matching that of our credit union, and generating exactly ONE hard credit pull. When we told D'Arcy we were buying elsewhere, suddenly we were offered better financing and a remote start. We turned it down, based on the experience we had with our local dealer. On Monday when I checked my credit I found out Mitch's (the finance guy) incompetence had generated SIX HARD CREDIT PULLS ON EACH OF OUR CREDIT REPORTS between Equifax and TransUnion, which dropped our credit rating considerably. When I called and left a nice VM message with the GM asking to discuss my poor experience with their dealership, he never even bothered to call me back. STAY FAR AWAY - these guys don't know what they are doing and we were harmed long term just by dealing with them. More
Buying my 2nd Sienna in 18 months Last week I drove into the dealership to have my new tires rotated. I left an hour and a half later with a new Sienna. I purchased a new Sienna 18 months ago and drive lots of miles. On an earlier service visit I talked with my salesman, Jeff Pagel, and asked him to run some numbers on when it would be advantageous to trade in my 2014 for a new one, without adding much to the monthly payment. He ran the numbers and it didn't work at that time. When I ran into him last week, the interest rate had changed and he had the vehicle on the lot I was interested in. He and the general manager worked with me and we struck a deal that was very similar to the one I had agreed to a year and a half earlier. I now own a 2015 Sienna with 0 miles on it. Thanks to Jeff and GM for working a deal that I couldn't refuse. I have dealt with this dealership now for about 4 years and it is all top shelf. More

The dealership's offer for my wife's Yaris was well above what we were expecting, and then they went even higher when another dealership offered more. They matched the price and got us into a great vehicle that we hope to have for a long time. Everyone we dealt with was great! More

I felt sorry for him because everything we looked at was real filthy inside--then the vehicle we bought had all kinds of problems. Took it back after 200 miles and they tried to fix most of the trouble. With these problems the wife said no to this car. So we picked out a couple more units, then the Sales Mgr. Justin said it was worth 1000$ less because they had to fix things , which should have been done before the sale, After a argument for some time he finally gave us our money toward a Ford Fusion, which we bought after it was sent back 3 times to be cleaned up. Now that we took it he wouldn't give me 2 keys with it. Said I had to go to a Ford dealer to get a key which is over 100$. I haven't done tis yet and still waiting for them to give me a key---they don't seem to talk to me anymore. More
I'm Pleasantly Surprised. Thank you to Derek D'Arcy and the entire dealership for being good to their word and taking care of our needs on our purchase of a 2011 Toyota Sienna. Derek was very patient and informative with us as this was the first time we have ever looked at a Toyota vehicle. He guided us to the perfect vehicle. Justin H. also worked hard in the finance department to get the payments to a level I was comfortable with even though that involved multiple calls to work it out with a bank. I felt that they dealt fairly with me and when I asked for a windshield ding to be repaired and the hood buffed out I expected minimal effort or expense on their part when they agreed to fix them. Low and behold, they ended up replacing the windshield because it couldn't be patched properly and they re-painted the hood because the chips and marks wouldn't buff out. I had asked a lot less of other dealers in the past and got nothing so I am very thankful to all involved for being good to their word and following through with what was promised. This dealership earned my trust. More
