Awesome Dealership I am a widow and did my homework on line with different Toyota dealerships. I had picked out 3 dealershios to choose from. I started with St Cloud T I am a widow and did my homework on line with different Toyota dealerships. I had picked out 3 dealershios to choose from. I started with St Cloud Toyota. I went there with my 2 sons. I had previously via email got all 3 dealershios down to bottom line on price. I wanted a Rav 4 in red. My sons and I walked onto St C,oud Toyota lot and started looking at the Rav 4's. Trevor the salesman came out and was very welcoming, informative and answered all our questions. He made mefeel so comfortable that icould have gone by myself. He was like talking to 1 of my sons. Needless to say they beat the other 2 dealers in price. Trevor even had them wash my vehicle and had it fikked up with full tank of gas. I fell in love with a charcoal grey one and Trevor gave me a red hoodie on too. They are awesome to work with. More
Best new car buying experience ever! I trade vehicles every 3 years, so I have dealt with many different dealerships and brands through the years. I decided to give Toyota a try, because I trade vehicles every 3 years, so I have dealt with many different dealerships and brands through the years. I decided to give Toyota a try, because I was tired of having mechanical/quality issues with other brands. I started working with Rick Knettel about 6 months ago when I was considering buying a new 4Runner. I was working with 6 different dealerships through the USAA Car Buying Service. None of the other dealers could get what I specifically wanted, but Rick came through for me. He was not pushy to make a quick sale with existing inventory, rather he wanted to get me the model that I really wanted, even though it was extremely difficult to find. The sales transaction at the dealership was the most expedient I have ever experienced. I was out of the dealership with my new 4Runner within an hour and 30 minutes was due to my own coordination with USAA, I can't thank Rick enough for his assistance. St. Cloud Toyota does not play any games. They offered me a fair trade value, fair pricing and NO hassles whatsoever. If you are looking for a new Toyota, head straight to Rick Knettel! More

He was not pushy towards a sale (which I very much appreciated and respected) and was knowledgeable in all my questions. He told me that he was "on my side and was there to work for me" and he did just that!! He went to bat for me when I told him what I needed my payment to be at, and made it happen. I have serviced my Prius at Toyota for years, and I can also report their service department is top notch. I also want to give a shout out to Mitch in Finance, as he also went to bat for me, and both he and Shane made my experience stress free and enjoyable!!! I would highly recommend St Cloud Toyota for your next vehicle purchase!! More
Incompetence Purchased a new Toyota Camry on a lease program where the salesman didn't even know about the lease program they were offering on their own website as Purchased a new Toyota Camry on a lease program where the salesman didn't even know about the lease program they were offering on their own website as well as the corporate one being offered. Only when I brought in a quote from another Toyota delership were they able to match what was being offered at other dealerships. Finance department was a joke as was never told what to bring in by either Mitch or the salesman and had to keep bringing in multiple things even after we had the vehicle. Tried to get explanations on all the different lingo for a lease and Mitch blew right over it. After reading over things a day later went back to cancel their over priced gap insurance. Was told I could not do that. Finally went to Jeff Pagel a salesman there and he took care of the full refund. Overall I would say not a very smooth transaction and would only give them a 1 star out of five. More
