Best new car buying experience ever! I trade vehicles every 3 years, so I have dealt with many different dealerships and brands through the years. I started working with Rick Knettel about 6 months ago when I was considering buying a new 4Runner. I was working with 6 different dealerships through the USAA Car Buying Service. None of the other dealers could get what I specifically wanted, but Rick came through for me. He was not pushy to make a quick sale with existing inventory, rather he wanted to get me the model that I really wanted, even though it was extremely difficult to find. The sales transaction at the dealership was the most expedient I have ever experienced. I was out of the dealership with my new 4Runner within an hour and 30 minutes was due to my own coordination with USAA, I can't thank Rick enough for his assistance. He told me that he was "on my side and was there to work for me" and he did just that!! He went to bat for me when I told him what I needed my payment to be at, and made it happen. I have serviced my Prius at Toyota for years, and I can also report their service department is top notch. I also want to give a shout out to Mitch in Finance, as he also went to bat for me, and both he and Shane made my experience stress free and enjoyable!!! Incompetence Purchased a new Toyota Camry on a lease program where the salesman didn't even know about the lease program they were offering on their own website as Purchased a new Toyota Camry on a lease program where the salesman didn't even know about the lease program they were offering on their own website as well as the corporate one being offered. Only when I brought in a quote from another Toyota delership were they able to match what was being offered at other dealerships. Finance department was a joke as was never told what to bring in by either Mitch or the salesman and had to keep bringing in multiple things even after we had the vehicle. Tried to get explanations on all the different lingo for a lease and Mitch blew right over it. After reading over things a day later went back to cancel their over priced gap insurance. Was told I could not do that. Finally went to Jeff Pagel a salesman there and he took care of the full refund. Overall I would say not a very smooth transaction and would only give them a 1 star out of five. More

Poor customer service in the finance department! Bought a car here and had to bring it in for multiple issues after purchase. Eventually ended up taking care of it myself. I will NEVER go back! More

Great!! Matt was able to accomplish what no other dealership in the twin cities could do, get me my truck! Clueless Finance guy, no followup, unresponsive GM My husband and I attempted to buy a used Toyota Prius V. On Tuesday evening my husband test drove it, and submitted financing info, On Wednesday night My husband and I attempted to buy a used Toyota Prius V. On Tuesday evening my husband test drove it, and submitted financing info, On Wednesday night he went back in, having heard nothing. They needed more info on me they said, but had not followed up. On Thursday afternoon I finally called the finance guy to find out why we were hearing nothing, and he finally submitted our info for financing. On Friday, we called again, only to be offered lousy financing, which we turned down. On Saturday morning, in a matter of a couple hours, we bought a different Prius V from our local dealer with great financing matching that of our credit union, and generating exactly ONE hard credit pull. When we told D'Arcy we were buying elsewhere, suddenly we were offered better financing and a remote start. We turned it down, based on the experience we had with our local dealer. On Monday when I checked my credit I found out Mitch's (the finance guy) incompetence had generated SIX HARD CREDIT PULLS ON EACH OF OUR CREDIT REPORTS between Equifax and TransUnion, which dropped our credit rating considerably. When I called and left a nice VM message with the GM asking to discuss my poor experience with their dealership, he never even bothered to call me back. STAY FAR AWAY - these guys don't know what they are doing and we were harmed long term just by dealing with them. More
