They are fast, thorough and I don't end up with the call that says "Your car is done BUT you should also replace 6 more things. Do you want to do that today?" When I pick it up they tell me about any findings so can decide how to proceed from there. They are not pushy. The shop is clean and there's a nice lounge for those who wait. More
