We drove up from the Twin Cities and Jeff, our sales associate, remembered our online queries from 2 years ago, incredibly enough. He was very accommodating, staying past closing time until our documents were complete. He was also personable and went the extra mile to consider of our family's needs since we live over 60 miles away. Everyone was very flexible, friendly and professional. Even during price negotiations and warranty, there were no high pressure sales tactics, which was much appreciated. We got a great price and they were willing to address the minor dings and scratches on our used vehicle. The dealership was comfortable and clean, with free beverages plus vending machines, and the selection of cars was excellent for our needs. The location was also nice with several restaurants in the area. We were contacted promptly by the online sales associate to make an appointment to test drive. More
