Coming Purchasing an used vehicle can be stressful. I knew exactly the type of car and features I wanted and found this 2014 Subaru Forester online. Coming from Eau Claire Wisconsin, I made planned stop in Minneapolis at a big name dealer and had a "so-so" experience. Lacking the trust to purchase from them, my wife and I decided to head another hour to the West in St. Cloud. I called ahead and Ethan in internet sales had the car pulled up and washed for me. D'arcy immediately made me feel at home, listened to my needs. Being that I work on my own cars, he allowed me to pull the Forester in the warm garage. He even brought me a mat to lay on so I could look under the chassis. When someone cares, there is a natural trust relationship built. This in conjunction with the excellent detail of the car gave me reassurance to go ahead with the purchase. While waiting for the financing meeting, D'arcy stopped by several times to see how my wife and I were doing. He even showed us his excellent art work which he has on display in his office. I left the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to have a full tank of gas. It's refreshing to have a great purchase experience and without D'arcy's presence, I probably would not have purchased the car.....which I'm very happy about with no regrets. Steve H. More
