Over the past few weeks we had visited several Toyota dealers and we had many negative and frustrating experiences in dealing with salespeople at other dealerships. It was so refreshing working with Josh. He didn't pressure us at all and was very patient in answering our questions and demonstrating various features of the Camrys we tried out. If more car salespeople were like Josh, the public at large would have a much more positive view of shopping for and buying a car. Thank you Josh very much!!! Also, before we went up to St. Cloud, we spoke with Justice Bruyere a few times by phone and we had a very good experience speaking with her. We were able to obtain a "lowest price" after we identified two cars we had seen on the internet that we liked. The negotiation process was fair and she was very professional and courteous, too. When we asked about the body condition of the used car, she offered to go out and look at it and call us back to tell us what she observed. She was very honest about the vehicle's condition and she even sent us photos of a few nicks on it without our asking her to do that. So, it made it easier for us, knowing what the price of each car would be and what we wanted to look for as far as external condition of the vehicle before we went up to St. Cloud to see them. More

Friendly and no pressure! I worked with Josh Conway to find a used Toyota Camry that had the options I wanted and in my price range. My only complaint was the time it took to wrap up the financing and paperwork which was done by other individuals. I was there for almost 3 hours sitting and waiting and finally signing all the paperwork. The last person I worked with to sign was not friendly and did not smile once. That kind of darkened the whole experience. Not warm and friendly like everyone else I met. More

The best buying/trade-in experience. I had never been to this dealership before but I travelled 100 miles from the Twin Cities because they had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. I started a chat dialogue with Justice and that lead to a the face to face meeting. The Sales rep (Joshua Conway) was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging and we comfortably worked through some negotiation to a purchase agreement. The product was as advertised, the negotiated price was attractive and the trade-in allowance was beyond fair. Closing the deal was made easy by Mitch Evens, the finance officer. I drove in with a 17-year old Toyota 4RNR and drove out with a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I have bought and sold many vehicles in my 70 years but this was by far the best I have ever experienced. More

We live in the country so we wanted a vehicle that had AWD and could accommodate three car seats. The Toyota Highlander was my wife’s favorite vehicle in her research because of its safety and reliability record, but the third row seats were just too small. My wife finally settled on a Toyota Sienna equipped with AWD and 2nd row Captains seats. We visited the St Cloud Dealership because of a vehicle we had found listed on CarGurus.com. Unfortunately when we got there, the vehicle was in the process of being sold. We met with Dan who got my number and told me he would keep a lookout for a vehicle for us. He called us while we were test driving vehicles at another dealership, to let us know the vehicle we wanted was available again. All in all, we have probably visited eight different dealerships in the last few weeks, and test driven over a half dozen vehicles. Some of the sales people we we dealt with at the other dealerships were just incompetent or disinterested some said whatever they thought we wanted to hear and others were just pushy and dishonest. Our experience with Dan was the best experience we had at any dealership we visited. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Used Toyota Sienna we ended up buying through him was exactly what my wife was looking for and was in better condition than any used Sienna we had looked at and at a better price. We couldn’t be happier. More
