This time I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about 60-75 minutes and it actually took 2 hours. Then the service rep told me he was glad it only took 60 minutes like he promised ??? In all, my bill came to $131 which seems high. I will probably still go back but I'm overall disappointed with this service. More
