New Truck Shopping Experience I had been looking online at different trucks to purchase and found a couple at your dealership that I wanted to take a closer look at. When I arrived I had been looking online at different trucks to purchase and found a couple at your dealership that I wanted to take a closer look at. When I arrived I was approached to work with Dan. He was a very friendly sales man that asked good questions and listened to my responses as to what I wanted vs trying to push something else. He was very helpful with offering options on trucks for me to look at based on my answers to what I was looking for in my next truck. He was very patient with the finance aspect of buying a new truck. I really wanted my payment to be lower then my previous truck payment. He was good with offering advice on how to do just that. Overall, I walked out of your dealership with a bran new truck and a payment that was lower then I believed I would get. Thank you Dan for all your help. More

We where undecided between Toyota and Subaru, Trevor was patient and did not push us to a decision but answered all of our questions and allowed us to work thru our decision I was convinced we were going to buy a Subaru, but I think we made a better choice in the Rav4 I hope I'm right, time will tell. as far as price goes, I always feel people get ripped off a little when they buy cars, but Toyota is no different than any othe brand. I think Toyota prices are competitive with other brands, but certainly not better. More

We've been looking for a SUV on and off for the last couple years in a number of different cities and purchased a Highlander here yesterday due to in- We've been looking for a SUV on and off for the last couple years in a number of different cities and purchased a Highlander here yesterday due to in-stock availability. We drove up from the Twin Cities and Jeff, our sales associate, remembered our online queries from 2 years ago, incredibly enough. He was very accommodating, staying past closing time until our documents were complete. He was also personable and went the extra mile to consider of our family's needs since we live over 60 miles away. Everyone was very flexible, friendly and professional. Even during price negotiations and warranty, there were no high pressure sales tactics, which was much appreciated. We got a great price and they were willing to address the minor dings and scratches on our used vehicle. The dealership was comfortable and clean, with free beverages plus vending machines, and the selection of cars was excellent for our needs. The location was also nice with several restaurants in the area. We were contacted promptly by the online sales associate to make an appointment to test drive. More
