Great vehicle service poor customer service My vehicle was taken care of as always but I scheduled a shuttle for after work to be picked up at 445pm and they were a half hour late. Bill (the service rep) failed to communicate with the shuttle driver and then left work early after he told me he would be there until 5pm. Needless to say his lack of communication caused a lot of headaches. More
