We have dealt with the service department at St. Cloud Toyota for almost twenty years and it has always been superb in every respect. We just, this week, made our first purchase of a new vehicle fr Cloud Toyota for almost twenty years and it has always been superb in every respect. We just, this week, made our first purchase of a new vehicle from St. Cloud Toyota. We dealt with Rick Knettel. He went the extra mile to find us exactly the vehicle that we were looking for. Rick arranged for a dealer trade and we had the new vehicle in just two days. The trade in value that they allowed was very fair and with the dealer discount and the Toyota factory rebate we paid $6,000 less than the MSRP. Most definitely the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience ever. Highly recommend these folks! More
