Wish the plastic wrap stuff would have been taken out of my vehicle after it was serviced. I had to find a garbage to throw it all in. All of the sales people, finance, agents, etc. were very polite, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Came in to get my first schedule maintenance on the Highlander. Was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes with a wash included. People were efficient, very nice and professional.
