From the first contact I had with Taylor to the loan application process with Marc, everyone was kind and professional and seemingly proud of their employ. I called and asked for Taylor and they made a mistake and put me through to Tara in service. Tara made it a point to tell me she was not in sales but proceeded to tell me what wonderful salespeople they had and how well they treated customers... she was not mistaken.
