From the first contact I had with Taylor to the loan application process with Marc, everyone was kind and professional and seemingly proud of their employ. I called and asked for Taylor and they made a mistake and put me through to Tara in service. Tara made it a point to tell me she was not in sales but proceeded to tell me what wonderful salespeople they had and how well they treated customers... she was not mistaken. Consultant Rob Brink listened to what I had to say and didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want or need and worked to help me find something within my financial limits. Great Service Center - Always the Best Customer Service! Brought my car in as one tire looked like it needed air. Trent immediately saw that there was a nail in the tire.
