There was confusion about what was needed to be done on car. And my car got done 1 1/2 hours late. I left messages for my service rep for an update and he never called back. I had an oil change completed on my vehicle and approximately 15 or 20 minutes after I left the dealership I receive a call asking me to return due to a concern they had about the service provided. approximately 15 or 20 minutes after I left the dealership I receive a call asking me to return due to a concern they had about the service provided. While I wasn’t happy about having to return to the dealership I really appreciate all the staff wanting to perform the services to the highest standard. Dealership was clean and staff were pleasant. I had a loose piece that fell off my car which was not addressed. The tires were rotated but pressures were not adjusted. I was told $40 for a cabin I had a loose piece that fell off my car which was not addressed. The tires were rotated but pressures were not adjusted. I was told $40 for a cabin filter so I agreed but the actual part was a ver $45 and then there was a fee for labor and environmental that I was not told about so it was over $85. More
