When I drove in for my oil change appointment a guy walked by me and asked if I had an appoinmet and I said yes and he said really then he just walked away without saying anything else and leaving me i walked by me and asked if I had an appoinmet and I said yes and he said really then he just walked away without saying anything else and leaving me in the service bay with no one else around. A few minutes later, another guy came and checked me in. The 1st guy went into an office. It turned out that it was Brian, your service manager. Not a good 1st impression of your customer service with his greeting. He later checked me out and was nicer then. More

Friendly salesmen but the service team must be very poor, the rear differential or a bearing is going out, making a huge humming noise I didn't catch until later, it has a exhaust leak I tried telling them b the rear differential or a bearing is going out, making a huge humming noise I didn't catch until later, it has a exhaust leak I tried telling them but said it was just ice melting and evaporating, put it on a lift and you can feel the exhaust pressure coming out. I know it's not a brand new car but it's just disappointing when you spend so much money and still has things they should of fixed More
