Very confusing when dropping the car off and where to go for picking it up. Did not have an appointments so appreciated getting in. Frustrated. I called to see if there was a micro chip in my key. They said yes. (I live an hour away & didn't want to waste my time driving all they way to a dealership if I didn'tneed to).
