I always go to Toyota for my Sienna. They do great work and they’re reliable. The thing that annoys me are the little things that don’t get done sometimes or get done sloppily. For example, when they check and they’re reliable. The thing that annoys me are the little things that don’t get done sometimes or get done sloppily. For example, when they check my air filter the clips are left undone and the battery + side is uncapped even though there’s a cap. Also, with the cabin filter things get kind of thrown in my glove box and there is often a bolt lying on the ground that is supposed to keep the glove box tight. These little things done poorly are usually a sign of other things done poorly of just forgetfully. More

He spent time explaining, in layman’s terms, what work is most needed on the car, what is the priority, and cost. Highlighted it for me on the sheet.
