Made appointment online for a 2:30 oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Vehicle was done at 3:50. Unacceptable. Also the cost was $74!! I owned a '13 Tacoma w/ 250,000 miles; absolutely awesome truck. Really no reason to think about moving on as I have NEVER had any problems. I was just curious about the 3rd generation Tacoma... I was for an oil change, tire rotation and to do an alignment. I also let them know of a leaking tire& to have a car wash. All was stated that it was completed but when I went outside to get in my vehi alignment. I also let them know of a leaking tire& to have a car wash. Also, within a few days, the alert came back on for the low/leaking tire and the tire was in the same spot that leaked prior to appt. So, I paid for a tire rotation but did I even get one? Just like the car wash that ‘wasn’t done’? More
