When we first talked the internet sales guy we specifically said no high pressure sales. Better than Ford, but ya just cant help it. The one thing I found really disturbing was that we did not know anything about the additional warranty services offered until dealing with finance and the final paperwork. We had always assumed that extended warrenty options would be made available at a later date. Those options should have been discussed prior so we weren't forced to make a decision at the last minute. More

They did a full inspection on my daughters car and they called and talked to me about what could need maintenance down the road.
