Despite 4 trips and 5 hours of time spent, it doesn't appear that St. Cloud Toyota is capable of getting my car to return to being what it was on 1/15/2021. They did fix the minor annoyance of the broken appear that St. Cloud Toyota is capable of getting my car to return to being what it was on 1/15/2021. They did fix the minor annoyance of the broken tire pressure sensors. But though they say they fixed the alignment issue of the car pulling to the right, it still pulls to the right when I take my hands off the steering wheel. This time, they didn't even give me a customer copy of what they did. They did such great service prior to this that this failure to fix this problem really surprises me. The feeling I got this last time was that they just wanted me out of their hair and to just leave them alone. More
