LEXI did well engaging with my wife, self and daughter. I was surprised that floor mats were not standard and disappointed at the casual response and lack of willingness to resolve. Also, when a bevel/den I was surprised that floor mats were not standard and disappointed at the casual response and lack of willingness to resolve. Also, when a bevel/dent was noticed on a door after purchase was final. No attempt to resolve was provided and that was disappointing. Car is good and was grateful for inventory options considering our urgent need. Purchase process was smooth and efficient. More

Was in a huge time crunch. Needed service work on my sienna van. Called everywhere in the twin cities and got the same answer everywhere (no). Then I called st.cloud Toyota and Needed service work on my sienna van. Called everywhere in the twin cities and got the same answer everywhere (no). Then I called st.cloud Toyota and got service advisor rob gabel. He said he would be willing to work with me and get me out of a pinch. He was most professional and straight forward service person I’ve ever dealt with! I highly recommend rob gabel and st.cloud Toyota!!! I will be returning as a customer. And because of rob the hour drive is well worth it. More
