Not good first was told needed new air filters cabin and both in the engine was told slight discoloration was told needed replacement with 5000 miles on the truck then while they were rotating, the tires sn both in the engine was told slight discoloration was told needed replacement with 5000 miles on the truck then while they were rotating, the tires snapped a lug knot was told could not replace the one they broke, but five lug nuts was as good as six. the service bays are lit well and clean, initial response upon arrival was fast and efficient. a video of the inspection was sent to my phone, a new experience for me showed a picture of the cab filter and o upon arrival was fast and efficient. a video of the inspection was sent to my phone, a new experience for me showed a picture of the cab filter and option along with total cost of filter and to leave in vehicle or replace. vehicle was washed and on line in a timely manner.
