Very pleased with the experience in purchasing a new vehicle. "Told Rob what I was looking for, color, and how we wanted it equipped. When it arrived spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the features and made sure we were both comfortable with the vehicle before we left. My last visit to Toyota left me frustrated and disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out late disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out later after I got home. The service advisor never said anything. My daughter drives this car and she lives in xx Paul, so it's difficult to bring the car to xx Cloud. It would be nice if I was told how bad the alignment was (they were brand new tires put on at this same dealership this past Fall.) I could have had them aligned while the vehicle was there. More
