I went to a couple of Toyota dealerships and when I stopped in and Rick talked with me. He kept in contact with me and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Since I wasn’t trading in a vehicl stopped in and Rick talked with me. He kept in contact with me and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I took my Highlander in for a tire rotation and oil change. I asked them to specifically check the TPMS and for leaks because the TPMS was not working after the LAST time I took it there for a rotation change. I asked them to specifically check the TPMS and for leaks because the TPMS was not working after the LAST time I took it there for a rotation. They assured me that they reprogrammed the TPMS and there were no leaks. 5 days later the TPMS is going off because all of my tires are low. Not one of the valve stem covers was replaced by their techs. More
