Everyone was very polite and nice, just inept. I bought a used Toyota Sienna from them and agreed on a few things to get done before taking possession of it. They said it would be a week or so, an I bought a used Toyota Sienna from them and agreed on a few things to get done before taking possession of it. They said it would be a week or so, and at first, I was happy as they texted and said it was ready after only 3 days. But that’s when the problems started. I got there and they gave me the keys and said it was in the lot. I wandered around a while not finding it, so I went back in and asked where it was. They went out and looked for it and ended up spending an hour looking for it. They did end up finding it, and I still have no idea where it was. Next, I looked over the vehicle and almost nothing of what they said would be done was done. I talked with my salesman, and he said service would call and schedule an appointment. I talked with him twice more over the next two weeks as nobody was calling me, until he finally just told me to call them. Then they couldn’t get me in for another 2 weeks. They got the work scheduled to be done, but when I checked in, they asked if I wanted a complementary car wash which I said yes to. They didn’t wash the car. Which is no big deal as I wasn’t expecting it but was just another way, they have failed to follow through on what they say. So in the end the car is a good car, but I still don’t have everything done that they said they would and I’m just tired of dealing with them. I still have a check engine light that they said they'd fix, and brakes that need to replaced. More
