On 9-12-24 I was at St Cloud Toyota to replace both headlight assemblies at a cost of $900+. Rob G pulled me into the office and said he had bad news. I had already been there 1hour, He ordered both li headlight assemblies at a cost of $900+. Rob G pulled me into the office and said he had bad news. I had already been there 1hour, He ordered both lights for my car but someone else only ordered 1 light 2 weeks ago because there was one sitting somewhere. By the time of my appt and sitting for an hour Rob was told there was only 1 light available and they did not want to have to take the front bumper off twice. I understand that part but not the part of where someone went wrong and only ordered 1 light when it takes 2 weeks to get there and I'm still waiting for my car to have working headlights- can't drive after dusk cause my fog lights are brighter than my normal lights and it's a danger driving. I still have to wait about another week for light and then for it to be installed. Rob said he talked to someone about that and he was no happy either about the way they order things there so this doesn't happen to someone else. I have a coupon for money off work done there and it better be honored. More

On the day of closing, he worked diligently to keep us informed about deviations from the scheduled timing. He fully deserves a 5-star rating. The actual closing with the financial office was below average despite it being a cash transaction. The start of the transaction was approximately an hour later than the scheduled time. The listed MSRP at closing was higher than the MSRP listed in the paperwork received when the down-payment was made and that difference was not noted by the dealership but was discovered while comparing paperwork the next day at home. More
