The battery on my 2020 Subaru Outback was unable to hold a charge. Several times I'd go to start the car only to hear a click. The car is still covered by the 3 year warranty. I took it to Morrie's Brook a charge. Several times I'd go to start the car only to hear a click. The car is still covered by the 3 year warranty. I took it to Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru and after three hours they said they charged the battery and I needed to drive it daily or plug in a battery tender to charge it. After failing several more times I took it to Luther's St Cloud Subaru. They confirmed that the battery would not hold a charge, received a failure code, replaced my battery covered by the warranty, and had me back on the road in less than two hours. I informed Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru and the service manager responded that my experience was not typical of their dealership. However, that was simply an excuse for their obvious incompetence. Go to Luther's St Cloud Subaru if you want a dealership you can trust. More

Twice they have refused to honor a warranty on my vehicles. This last time they charged me 175 to look at my 2021 car, refuse to warranty the part and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. The subaru mechanic tries to tell me there are 4 filters to replace but when I call subarus parts department there is only one filter. The subaru mechanic tried to tell me it was a big expensive job to replace the parts. My mechanic had the job done in an hour and charged me 75 dollars. The one filter was 50. So it cost me 125 to get it fixed some where else. I have stopped and called twice to get answers from the finance guys as to why my warranty wasn't honored. They are always "busy" and never return a call. Maybe use them for oil changes if you can't get in anywhere else. Otherwise steer clear of the service department. They are only looking to rip you off. Don't bother with any warranty through subaru because they won't honor it. Heaven forbid you have a complaint because they won't help you or call you back. The service department wanted me to schedule my 30k mile check up to keep my warranty in force. For nearly 700 all they were going to do was replace my front differential fluid and brake fluid and look at some stuff. 700.... to keep a warranty that they won't honor in force. What a joke. More
