Very pleased with their service & recommendations once connected with actual location. Centralized call center leaves much to be desired, unfortunately.. Prompt communication is highly appreciated from SC Subaru..Also, I struggled with removing the interior film from the windshield. Trent took care of this. Highly appreciated as it's a safety hazard, especially in sunlight if you cannot see! LOL More

The first Subaru I bought everything went good. But then the 2019 I bought it was low on antifreeze and oil and it took over 20 minutes to add the oil and antifreeze.then on the 2024 outback I boug But then the 2019 I bought it was low on antifreeze and oil and it took over 20 minutes to add the oil and antifreeze.then on the 2024 outback I bought the odometer statement says 27 miles on it but it had 81 miles on the car’s odometer.
