My experience with this dealership has been honestly horrible, which surprises me given all the good reviews (part of why I chose them). I've bought a few cars from dealerships over the years, but never horrible, which surprises me given all the good reviews (part of why I chose them). I've bought a few cars from dealerships over the years, but never experienced anything remotely like this before. I contacted this dealership in November 2021 to ask about availability of a 2022 Accent I saw on their website. I was directed to Bob Martin, a salesperson, who informed me the car was in transit and expected to arrive the next day. I paid a deposit to claim the car. The vehicle didn't actually arrive for almost a month - which I understand due to supply and shipping issues that have been ridiculous for months - but the communication from the dealership about delays wasn't the best. I had to call multiple times for updates after repeated "expected" delivery dates passed with no communication. Regardless, when the car was delivered I went to pick it up, chose to purchase their "Minnesota Protection Plan" rustproofing and a 3M film application, and then was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty by their finance person. I was also told multiple times, by multiple people, that if I didn't leave a 5 star review on the post-purchase Hyundai survey I would receive via email, that Bob wouldn't get paid for the sale of the car. When I completed the survey, I did not give a 5 star review due to the pressure from finance (but only docked the "finance" section of the survey, not the overall rating), and I was contacted the next day by the dealership asking if they could get me to change my rating. The finance person gave a rehearsed-sounding apology, and I chose to change the rating. The real issues began after that. I was told when I made the purchase that I would be contacted in "a few days" to schedule the protection plan and film applications. I waited patiently for almost two months, giving the dealership grace since it was over the holiday season, I know staffing problems have affected many industries, and I didn't want to be a thorn in their side. Finally, I contacted Bob. He said the plans were not refundable, my paperwork must have gotten "lost in the shuffle" and that he would have the service scheduler call me immediately. I did receive a call within a few minutes, but they were unable to schedule me for over 2 weeks. I took the appointment, the scheduler claimed to document the services requested and set up a driver to pick up my car and bring me a loaner. A couple of days before my appointment, I was contacted by Bob to make sure all the details were right. I had to provide the info for vehicle pickup again, as well as the services I wanted. He did offer to schedule an oil change for me while the car was there, after I asked what the process was for the free maintenance. I felt like everything was prepared, and was less frustrated about the delay. My car was picked up with almost a full tank of gas. I was given a nice loaner vehicle, and told I would be contacted when the work was done. Three days later (about my expected time frame), I was told my car was done and they offered to bring it back to me. I accepted happily, and filled the tank on the loaner car to the 3/4 tank it was brought to me with. My car was returned with an almost empty tank - the "range" reading was 25 miles when I started it up, and the driver said nothing about the empty tank! Plus, upon inspection of the car, I was certain the film had not been applied. I called the dealership, and Bob said that he forgot to have that service done, apologized, and said he would call me early next week after getting a driver to come pick up my car again. It's been a week since that conversation, and I have not heard from him either to schedule or to update on why it hasn't been taken care of already. I assume I will have to call, again, to get this remedied. That's not to mention the extra miles being put on my car to remedy their mistake, along with the extra frustration of trying to get this taken care of. At this point I just want this all made right with more than just a few halfhearted apologies for my inconvenience, and then to never interact with this dealership again. If I choose Hyundai for my next vehicle, it will NOT be through St Cloud Hyundai! More

I can’t say enough great things about Jeremiah, Kameron and the rest of the team at St. Cloud Hyundai. Kameron’s superb customer service was simply top notch. His communication and willingness to work on and the rest of the team at St. Cloud Hyundai. Kameron’s superb customer service was simply top notch. His communication and willingness to work on his days off was impressive and much appreciated… especially since I live four hours away and in a different state. Not one salesperson pressured me into a warranty or a protection plan. Their honesty and complete transparency was refreshing. I can’t remember the last time I felt this respected and valued at a dealership. Kudos to their ownership, management and entire team for setting the example of how all automotive dealerships should be. I’d highly recommend my friends and family to buy their next vehicle at St. Cloud Hyundai and will be using them for my next automotive purchase. More
The salesmen and finance person were outstanding to work with us to get us into the vehicle we wanted...they even came to our residence to pick up our trade! We purchased our trade at St Cloud Hyundai 4 yr with us to get us into the vehicle we wanted...they even came to our residence to pick up our trade! We purchased our trade at St Cloud Hyundai 4 yrs ago and the customer service was so good we came back to purchase our new car! We love our new Hyundai Venue and we would definitely recommend St Cloud Hyundai to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great customer service. More
DONT RECOMMEND! Sold me a car that gave me problems in 3 days, didn’t fix it and charged me $400 to fix the problem! TRIED CALLING TO TALK ABOUT SWAPPING VEHICLE NOONE GOT BACK TO ME. Sales man Shaun O'HARA went above and beyond to get the Dodge Journey I wanted best part with low miles. First dealership I ever been to that didn't pressure me to buy something I DIDNT WANT!!! They had me approved for a 2017 Dodge Journey with 49,500 miles in less then an hour and I have horrible credit. So YES they have me coming back in future! More
