I owed a lot still on my loan and would have to roll over a decent amount of negative equity into the new car. I decided to go with a brand new 2018 Hyundai elontra. They were very helpful in helping me find a vehicle that fit my needs. They ran numbers on numerous cars over and over... I felt very bothersome to Paige and Mike but they were very patient and understanding on how big of a purchase this was for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat! Best car buying experience ever! I didn’t plan on buying a Ford Explorer on a Saturday afternoon. Drove by the Hyundai dealership and saw my baby sitting on the lot. Thought to myself I didn’t plan on buying a Ford Explorer on a Saturday afternoon. Drove by the Hyundai dealership and saw my baby sitting on the lot. Thought to myself hmmm, I want to test drive that Ford Explorer. Called the dealership and spoke with Kris Daniels, really nice guy. I explained to him that my last car buying experience at Hyundai less than a year ago had not been a memorable one and that I was hesitant about buying from this dealership again. He answered all of my questions and stated that he would have the vehicle ready for me to drive when I got to the dealership. A man true to his word, when I arrived my baby was up front and ready to go. I knew she was the one. Price tag scared me a little bit at first, but Ford Explorers are expensive whether they are new or used. Kris and Jon looked at a few different options for vehicles that could seat a family of six. Test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe, hated it. It’s more like a vehicle for a soccer mom, not my style. Made the decision at that moment, applied for a loan. First bank response was a little high for my liking, didn’t think I could afford it. But the finance people worked even harder to get me a payment that I could afford. I was happy. Paige came over with a big smile on her face and cheerful tone in her voice and assisted me with the few final questions I had. Satisfied, it was time to sign on the dotted line. Paige made sure to make the process as painless as possible. Took about 20 minutes or so and we were done. Thanked her, Kris and Jon for making my car buying experience so memorable. This is an experience that I will share with friends and family for years to come. More
