When I called the first time I spoke with Kathy, I said I wanted to speak with a calm, non pushy loud person. Tony was the only person I interacted with he listened to my requests, he was calm, knowledgeable, forthright, I told he I had a certain amount of money to spend and no more, no push to go to something with more bells and whistles. Meeting Tony and the rest of the staff members was very nice. All were approachable, could answer any question, explained things well, if they didn’t no the answer said so. NEVER at any point did I fell like I was taking up too much time. NEVER any sighs of boredom. Tony came in on his day off to make this sale happen for us.
