Awesome experience! I recently traded in my Sonata for a newer (used) model and the process was seamless! My salesman, Josh Moon, offered to send me additional photos and I recently traded in my Sonata for a newer (used) model and the process was seamless! My salesman, Josh Moon, offered to send me additional photos and a video of the car I was interested in to assure me this car met my expectations before making the hour trip to the dealership to see it. There is nothing worse that seeing a car online and then going to see it in person at the dealer and it's a total disappointment. Not the case here at all. While out on the test drive they assessed my car for the trade-in value. By the time I returned they were ready to propose some numbers. The entire process was very relaxed and seamless. It was about closing time and I did not feel rush in the least. The finance person, Dan Lochner, was very thorough and also took his time with me even though it was beyond closing time. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman, Josh, texted me the next morning to follow-up and to let me know if I had any question to let them know. Nothing short of an awesome experience. More
