He provided the calming atmosphere.. On the test drive Bob made sure that I would feel comfortable handling the Corolla. He patiently had me use the backup camera to park, demonstrate the tight turning radius of the car, the ability to "stop on a dime" with a no hands on steering wheel staying unmoved, etc. He explained Everything about the car. There was zero pressure and Bob made sure that I understood everything about the car. Cafax is provided. I wish that I could give Bob Pearson and St Charles Toyota more than just five stars.
