Bob Pearson was awesome to work with; knowledgeable, considerate, and easy to converse with. Zero pressure with no hidden surprises (or fees!). Our college age daughter will be the primary driver and Bob took extra care to review the vehicle controls, features, pairing her phone, etc. Whatever you do... Bob in the used car side came in on his day off to allow us to test drive a Venza. It was actually a fluke as to how this came about. Talked to Bob Pearson and he told me he would go into work on his day off since my husband only had one day off and we really wanted to check this car out since my old car was not comfortable for my husband any longer. Bob knew everything about that Venza. They have treated me well over the years. I literally bought my last used car there. I had it for about 10 years. The Sales are good over there but Service is very good too! This is why I went back to them. The sales guy by the name of Elias Rosales helped me and WAS super nice too. They have a different way to sell cars I guess these days. Oh the Finance guy was good too. He gave us a visual of all the extra warranties and such. So much better when there is something to look at instead of trying to figure it out in your brain. Either way I am impressed with both sides of St. Charles Toyota. I thought they were fair in their dealings as well. Good job EVERYONE. More
