My 1st Service Experience I call earlier in the week to schedule an appointment and I was pleased to find they had one available a few days later. When I showed up to the deale I call earlier in the week to schedule an appointment and I was pleased to find they had one available a few days later. When I showed up to the dealer about 15 mins early, the two service writers both looked at me funny. What? You have an appointment? Was my greeting. Do you want you car back today? Yes, that’s why I made an appointment. Ok, well it will be late. Don’t make your customer feel like they shouldn’t have showed up. After this, all was well. No issues, just suggest you warm up a bit in your greeting. You are in Service. Thanks for the good work, this won’t deter me from returning, just providing info you asked me for. More

Great customer service I drove into the dealership where I had purchased my vehicle today. Within the last couple of weeks I’ve had to put air in my tire twice due to low ti I drove into the dealership where I had purchased my vehicle today. Within the last couple of weeks I’ve had to put air in my tire twice due to low tire pressure. I had gotten a warning on the dash. When I went in I was immediately greeted by a salesman. After explaining the problem to him he referred me to the service department who took me in right away. They explained to me in detail what they thought the problem was quoted me a price. They said if it was anything else they would let me know before. Proceeding. After about a half hour they came out and explained they had found a small nail in the tire. When I got to the cashier it turned out I had enough points built up to cover the charges. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Awesome dealership. More

When your car is serviced, the service manager will discuss everything they checked on your vehicle, any concerns and what is would cost to fix the issues. The vehicle is always fixed (if necessary) and ready for you to leave when the service manager talks with you. Great customer service and knowledge I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was very stressed out and he calmed me down and then told me a trick to try. I went home and tried it and it worked. I can't thank him enough for making my day better. Not only did he help get my car started but he was patient with me on the phone and calmed down when I was a bit frazzled and that alone was very nice to have happen.
