Buyer Beware Buyer beware. Every fear and stereotype was our "amazing" experience. Total disregard of our budget by starting at our maximum payment and then runni Buyer beware. Every fear and stereotype was our "amazing" experience. Total disregard of our budget by starting at our maximum payment and then running us through a well rehearsed gauntlet of "up sales". Once successfully navigated we were met with a "slight of hand" trick adding $0.99 a month to our payment. Apparently the dealership was desperate to add $72.00 to the life of the loan. All of this for a different vehicle than what we wanted. That's right, the ole "switch-a-roo". We were told that the vehicle from their website (not actually on their lot) was scratched. We were offered a different color with an alleged better options package. When we could see the vehicle in daylight the very next morning, the entire thing was covered in scratches. Seriously. Buyer beware. you will be played. it will be "amazing" but it wont be positive. They took my sons "first new car" experience and crashed it into the ground. Joe Henry was our salesman. More
Very Misleading advertising You could not go in and pay cash for the price they advertize - the price includes every incentive you could imagine but most you do not qualify for - You could not go in and pay cash for the price they advertize - the price includes every incentive you could imagine but most you do not qualify for - I wasted a 3 hour drive one way. If you qualify for 0% they add $2,000 to the price, if you are not a recent college grad they add $700 and it goes on and on. A fact the LARGE PRINT GIVE"th and the small print take'th away. I made an appointment to drive the vehicle the next day and was told the price had increased $500 since I made appointment to dealership. The Sales Manager has since contacted me and sold me the vehicle for the advertised price at a good interest rate, not zero and delivered the Nissan Frontier to my door a 3 hour drive from the dealership. More

Prices deceiving I normally would not write a review but this needs to be said! The first guy I dealt with "joe" never called back with a price, waited a week. Second guy "anthony" said the price online was for only people who finance. Wow, okay I asked him to help me over the phone because I do not have 4-5 hours to spend in a dealership. He acted super annoyed and finally asked me my vin number for my trade in which took at least 5 times to repeat it bc he was so over it and not wanting to even go over this. I was so over this dealership at this point. But the lady I spoke to was so sweet and helpful I didn't want to put the whole dealership against these two ignorant salespeople. Then I find out yes the "price" is not the price when they pride themselves on no games, no gimmicks! WRONG!!!!! The Internet price always jumps up $3,000 - 5,000! Buyer beware!!!!! Such a joke. I have a friend that knows the GM and still no discount. This place is more that gimmicks and games than I have ever dealt with! I would rather pay way more than I think I should somewhere else because of this dishonesty! More
