So I wanted to look at buying a new/used truck, and Scott Riley was our salesperson. First and foremost Scott was very professional and courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately pulled the used trucks on the lot and showed us several, then offered to show us a mid-size truck (Frontier) I was skeptical since I've only owned full size trucks but we looked at 10 to 12 trucks and even a few new 2017's still on the lot. Scott let us test drive the Frontier and I felt the Frontier would be ideal solution to my next truck. Scott went above and beyond in working with us to get the right price, and getting a fair price for my trade in. This was by far the best experience I've had in buying a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Scott to any of my family members or friends. Again Scott thanks for all of your help on my purchase of a 2018 Frontier. More

Awesome Experience and Customer Service I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience, not that most people do. But it's typically a long and drawn out process with a lot of back and fo I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience, not that most people do. But it's typically a long and drawn out process with a lot of back and forth negotiating between the buyer/sales/finance people that just makes for such a tedious transaction. But I must say, Courtney was extremely helpful with the entire thing! I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy a car, new or used, to go see him because he makes the entire experience enjoyable and is exceptionally personable and laid back. He was very knowledgeable about any car we were interested in and patient while we went back and forth before making a finale decision. It was a long day for all of us and he never made us feel rushed or inconvenienced by how long we were taking or ready to move on to the next customer. Brandon was also very friendly and easy to get along with during the financing part which was awesome because that's usually the most boring/drawn out time. It's nice that we were able to not be strictly business related 100% of the time when dealing with Brandon and actually have conversations not related to the automotive industry but still get the process completely correctly- it makes everything more entertaining! You can definitely tell he knew exactly what he was doing as well and I never once second guessed what he was telling us. Their pricing is true, no haggle, everyone qualifies pricing and not the nonsense other dealers pull where they give you a price that you would never qualify for because you are not an active duty service member that just graduated college and works for a specific company and you were born on the third Tuesday after a lunar eclipse. Rich Chizmar has been our salesman for all 4 of our purchases from St. Charles Nissan and he is awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable, and takes the time to understand your situation and help you get the right vehicle for what you need. He has actually steered us away from more expensive vehicles that would not work for our needs and gotten us into the perfect car for a great price! Our most recent purchase the finance paperwork was handled by Dan Gibbons and he was great to work with. Didn't hard sell a bunch of stuff and got us a great deal. Our past purchases we dealt with Sid and he was also awesome to work with. These guys really go out of their way to get you a good deal on your financing. For service, our adviser for the last few years has been Al Romero and he has been great to work with. He does a great job keeping you updated on the status of the car and he won't push service extras on you that you don't need. All in all St. Charles Nissan is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

Two in one day. Brandon is the only finance guy that made me laugh when taking my money!
