Horrible Buying Experience My wife and I bought a 2018 Midnight Rogue and the buying experience was awful. I came in and worked with Bob Dees and Matt Sanders on Wednesday even My wife and I bought a 2018 Midnight Rogue and the buying experience was awful. I came in and worked with Bob Dees and Matt Sanders on Wednesday evening. My wife and I test drove a car and found the one we liked. After working out a deal and getting to the monthly we were comfortable at, I said that we will come back on Saturday morning first thing to finish the paperwork since we had to get home because of our kids. I was ensured by Bob that I would be the first one to be helped by finance if I come in early. I was the first one in the dealership on Saturday morning at 8:45am. Dealer opened at 9am. I met with Matt who had me sign 1 piece of paper and took my credit card to refund the hold charge for the car. This is where is starts to get horrible. 2 hours later, I still haven't been seen let alone spoken to Bob or Matt as to what is the hold up. I have seen other customers come and go with Finance and their new cars. I finally go up to the receptionist and ask for Matt. Apparently Matt went home sick right after he met with me at 9am and no one decided to come tell me, his customer. This is unacceptable. After being told that I would be in and out in an hour if I would be the first one in, I am now going on 3 hours of just waiting! Now it is 11:45 and I finally meeting with Finance, Dan Gibbons. Dan was great, he knew I was in a rush and was unhappy. He breezed through the paper work to get me out as soon as possible. However, earlier I mentioned to Bob that I needed to get my plates transferred and I still had to wait for that to happen after I met with Dan. Once I got to the new car, I was missing a set of keys. That took 10 minutes to locate. This is not my first new car that I have purchased. My previous purchases at other dealers went smooth as can be. Overall, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. This was a horrible buying experience that was met with empty promises and extremely long waits. More

I expected painful and pushy but I got just the opposite. Anthony Nolen and Joe Henry were friendly, helpful, honest and not pushy. They offered information, lots of it, but no pressure. They were kind and attentive and helpful. It was a really good experience.!! Most of all, I got what I wanted. My 2018 red Rogue is a gorgeous new car with all the bells and whistles that I could ever hope for. Thanks Anthony and Joe! More

Price Gauging I have recently been to this dealership, and dealt with Scott Riley, and his sales manager Dave Low. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least I have recently been to this dealership, and dealt with Scott Riley, and his sales manager Dave Low. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least for any person let alone a "woman". I felt belittled and treated inferior due to the fact I was a knowledgeable woman. But I guess this is to be expected around men and their cars. I thought maybe this might have changed these days, but apparently not at St. Charles Nissan with their staff. I was working a car deal out with them that i felt was not fair (price too high). I then traveled over to Ed Napleton Nissan, and found the deal I wanted (good price), I forwarded an e-mail to the salesman Scott Riley and his Sales Manager Dave Low, and stated I found the deal I wanted and said you had missed out due to your lack of professionalism, and the fact they treated me like a stupid woman. Working on the deal with Ed Napleton, all the sudden the deal was pulled and they came back with the same price as St. Charles Nissan. I found this odd, and very strange, until i found out that Ed Napleton owns St. Charles Nissan... I then knew this "Boys" club was not going to let this woman get a better deal at one of their other dealerships. My BBB report will in time show the same result as this google review. I would not recommend to visit this dealership as a man or woman, but especially as a woman, due to their vindictive behavior, and chauvinistic superiority complex. More
