Awesome car buying experience! This was my first time buying a new car so I was not really sure what to expect. Everyone that I spoke with about it had more negative things to say This was my first time buying a new car so I was not really sure what to expect. Everyone that I spoke with about it had more negative things to say than positive. I had an appointment set and Pam was there to help from the minute I stepped in the door. She was not pushy or trying to “get the sale”, and really cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle. The first car we drove I ended up really liking but she did offer to show me some more, in case I was interested. She made the whole buying experience very enjoyable and easy. Also Dan in the finance department was very quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend St. Charles Nissan! More

Actually made two visits to Mike, first looking at Sentra’s. Nothing appealed to me and Mike was understanding of that. But he did not pressure me on anything else. It was 3 weeks later we went back to look at Rogues. We were trated very respectfully and agam no pressures. We really liked being able to test drive ourselves. The finacial side of things went very well. Sid was very thorough and organized handling all the papers to be signed. More

Love my new Rogue I met Darren at the St. Louis Auto Show. I probably spent 4 hours looking at various vehicles. I made the rounds to every manufacturer sitting in cars I met Darren at the St. Louis Auto Show. I probably spent 4 hours looking at various vehicles. I made the rounds to every manufacturer sitting in cars, trucks and SUV's. Most of them had people there that nodded but not really engaging. When I got to Nissan I really like the Rogue and Sentra. Darren was the most friendly salesman I met. He gave me his card and took my email while we chatted about the Rogue. I told him I'd be in touch. He emailed me and we set up an appointment for a test drive. I really liked the Rogue and told him to give a couple days to get all the paperwork together for my trade in. We met 4 days later and finalized the deal. The paperwork took a little longer than expected and Darren stayed with me even after the lights were shut off and almost everyone was gone. Unauthorized Credit check My wife and I had been looking for a used Rouge for quite some time and eventually made it from our home in south county all the way to St. Peter’s to My wife and I had been looking for a used Rouge for quite some time and eventually made it from our home in south county all the way to St. Peter’s to check out St Charels Nissan. When we walked in, we were greeted by Pam, who was very helpful until we couldn’t make a deal happen. After we left, someone relayed all of my information to an Andy. Andy proceeds to text me with some magical numbers. So of course I start asking questions about how he got to these numbers and all of the sudden I get an email from credit karma saying an inquiry has been made on my credit. After confronting this Andy, whome I’ve never met, he plays dumb, of course. Needless to say, they tried to take advantage of the fact that my wife and I are a younge couple and probably didn’t know what we were doing. To sum St charels Nissan up in one word, I’d go with SHADY! More
