I am very happy with my purchase of a new Nissan sedan through St. Charles Nissan. I would also like to recognize Gary Golobic. in finance for being very patient and attentive while working through the tedious paperwork. The only reason this review is not a 5 star rating is because of the general process of an "over the phone" trade in value discussion. This is not the fault of Ryan the salesman, but just the overall process of how the dealer determines the trade in value for a vehicle over the phone really needs improvement so that both parties are on the same page when you go in to the dealer to buy your new car and trade in the old one. The condition of the trade in car should be discussed and re-evaluated in-person prior to writing any checks and signing any paperwork for the new vehicle. Other than that small hiccup, the experience went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my new Nissan Altima. More

Far and above, great day with St. Charles Nissan when purchasing my new 2021 Rogue! I started the day at another dealership (by appointment) that had promised me the SUV choices I was looking for and the purchasing my new 2021 Rogue! I started the day at another dealership (by appointment) that had promised me the SUV choices I was looking for and then found upon arrival that they had none of them and then they tried to divert me to a Murano since they had lots of them, keeping my keys hostage (for the trade-in valuation) until I had talked to their sales mgr. twice (I asked for my car keys back at least 3 times!). Subsequently, I was thankful that worked out as it did because it helped me appreciate the treatment I received at St. Charles Nissan (as a walk-in customer, on my way home from the bad dealership). Ryan Schulz had the exact choices I was hoping for and then set me up to drive and make a final selection between two models. Ryan was great because he let me take the time I needed to decide between the two giving me pros and cons for each and ultimately letting me figure it out by parking them side by side (giving me time by myself) and letting me go back and forth until I made a final decision on which one felt best. I drove away in my brand new Nissan Rogue and left them my trade-in (a 2016 Rogue - great SUV!). I have to say they gave me a fair value on my trade-in as well. Ryan helped me get my phone attached to my new SUV before I drove off and gave me a few other pointers that really helped me the next day when driving my new wheels. Will also did a great job with me in finance and I got the 0% financing deal that was advertised on TV and he helped me decide on other warranties as well. Cindy P. More
